Registration will be online via University’s website
www.pentvars.edu.gh. You will need your student number
stated above to gain access to the University’s online registration
system. |

You are required to complete the Acceptance Form to indicate
your acceptance of this offer of Admission not later than Wednesday, February 1, 2023.

are required to pay a non-refundable deposit of GH˘3,661.50
which is 75% of above fees. Direct

The University requires that you are declared medically
fit by a Medical Officer from the Pentecost Hospital, Madina. In this
regard, you are required to submit a medical report from the Pentecost
Hospital as part of registration activities at the cost of Two
Hundred and Eighty Ghana Cedis (GH˘ 280.00). This fee is
not included in the tuition fees. All students are encouraged to register
with the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS). |

The 2022/2023 Academic
Year commences on Saturday, January 14, 2023. You
are expected to report for the semester course registration and participate
fully in an orientation programme for all fresh students from Wednesday, January 11 - Saturday, January 14, 2023.

Please, note that accommodation is NOT tied to the offer
of admission. However, the University has limited hostel facilities on
the main campus at a fee of GH˘1200.00 for Yeboah & Safo
Hostels and GH˘1200.00 for Arnan Hostel per semester. You
may apply separately at the Finance Office for consideration not later
than Tuesday, December 20, 2022. For Female Hostel
call 0202706645 and Male Hostel call 0202706645.

By accepting this offer of admission, you also agree to
adhere to all Rules and Regulations as contained in the Students’
Handbook. Refer: (Website address: www.pentvars.edu.gh).

Any false declaration of results or withholding of relevant
information by which you were offered admission to the programme of study,
you will be withdrawn immediately. You will also be held personally responsible
for any false statement or omission made by you at the time of application.

Change of Programme should be done before registration. Programmes already
registered cannot be changed.
Change of Name and Date of Birth are not allowed. Your admission number,
